You can set autopause to on/off for each sport mode in

Movescount. Alternatively, you can activate autopause during

exercise.

To set autopause on/off during exercise:

1. While you are in a sport mode, keep [Next] pressed to access the

options menu.

Scroll to ACTIVATE with [Light Lock] and select with [Next].

Scroll to Autopause with [Start Stop] and select with [Next].

Press [Start Stop] or [Light Lock] to set autopause On/Off and

accept with [Next].
